I am a VA resident. Can i buy handguns and rifles in one of your stores in TN and take them with me?
Hi Carl and welcome. Only long guns, i.e. Rifles and Shotguns can be purchased across state lines. Handgun must be purchased in your state of residence or shipped to a local FFL Dealer in your state for transfer to you. Cheers and stay safe!

Rifles, shotguns are a Yes. Revolvers/Pistols can be shipped to your local FFL where you would complete your background check and Transfer.

hand guns no (you could purchase and have it shipped to a local FFL) long gun yes (long gun sales across state lines are legal as long as the sale is legal in BOTH states)
