Hi Jake, some vendors show it comes with a rail mount, others do not. I know the picture in the video shows the mount on the box, but others do not, see here (put a G in front of the link)  >>> unbroker.com/item/1115793240
Since we are customers like yourself and do not have access to accessories, there is no way for us to know which one you will receive.
