Hi Thomas, threaded barrels are not prohibited on rifles in CA, even semi-auto rifles. 
Threaded barrels are only prohibited on semi-auto handguns. 
With this being a pump action, there are no restrictions, so you can have all the 'evil' features you want.

Hi Thomas and welcome. It is California compliant even with the threaded barred. Pump rifles are not restricted. Even semi-auto rifles with threaded barrels are not restricted unless a combination of other restrictions apply.
