Hello, the Tristar Arms American Classic Commander 1911 does have what would be described as a blued finish. Hope this helps!
Hi Terry and welcome. Although the finish is called "Blued" it is actually "Black" in Color. Bluing is just the tern for the finishing process. https://www.americanrifleman.org/content/review-tristar-american-classic-commander-1911/
it is a dark blue/black finish blueing is an electrochemical conversion coating process in which steel is partially protected against rust, and is named after the blue-black appearance of the resulting protective finish
It's Black. Bluing is just referring to the coloring/finishing process.
