It says OR compliant but pictured with treaded barrel which is non compliance so what IS the real gun like? Threaded or not q- round or not?

Hi David, OR stands for Optics Ready. Compliant just means it has a 10rd capacity for states that have a 10rd limit. 
The barrel is not threaded on this model, it features a barrel that is designed to look like it has threads.

Hey David, compliant just means that it complies with a 10 round limit that a lot of stated have in place. Nice firearm, this is completely personal preference but I prefer the M&P over the competitors any day. Have several and love them!
