Diamondback DB15 Combo models (which include both a 5.56 and a .300 Blackout upper receiver) typically come with only one bolt carrier group (BCG) and one charging handle to be used with both uppers. However, some retailers or specific bundles might offer the option to include a BCG and charging handle with each upper.
