If you mean do YOU need an FFL then yes. Otherwise this will need to be shipped to the local FFL of your choosing at checkout.

Hi George and welcome. Yes Sir you would need a Class 3 FFL for this rifle to be shipped directly to you, which is a full license. Cheers and stay safe! A Curio and Relic is a Class 03 Collectors License.

Good evening to you!! To have any firearm sent to your home address you will need to be a holder of a class 3 FFL. If you don't have one the you need to ship to a local FFL. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day.
