No, the Retay ACE-R shotgun does not use Crio choke tubes. While Retay shotguns, including the ACE series, do use a Benelli choke tube pattern, they are not compatible with Crio or Crio Plus tubes. The Retay ACE shotguns are compatible with Benelli extended magazine tubes and, importantly, with Benelli Crio Plus choke tubes. This means that any choke tube that fits a newer Benelli model should also fit an ACE barrel.

The Retay ACE-R Extra Black 12 Gauge Semi Auto Shotgun uses MaraPro chokes, which are a proprietary choke system from Retay, and are also compatible with Benelli Crio-choke patterns.
