Hi Dallas and welcome. Not without an RMR Mounting Plate. The shield Plus comes with an RMScc/Holosun K footprint for direct mounting optics. The Holosun 407k/507k would mount without a plate. Cheers and stay safe!

No, not without the use of an RMR adapter plate. The footprint on the Shield Plus is an RMSC. So for a direct mount, you'd need an optic with that footprint.
