Hi Jeff, no sir, The dimensions and chambering of a standard .45 Colt lever action are not designed to accommodate the significantly different size and pressure characteristics of a .410 shotshell. Some manufacturers make lever-action firearms specifically designed to chamber both .45 Colt and .410 shotshells. These firearms have modified chambers, tighter bores, and reinforced actions to safely and effectively handle both cartridges. The Mare's Leg is not such a gun. Stay safe & have a great day!
