You are welcome Hernan. You would be fine with this Shotgun as NJ law is clear that the Magazine Capacity cannot exceed 6 rounds. The 1 round in the chamber is irrelevant. Example, NJ has a maximum handgun magazine limit of 15rds. Anyone could put 1 round in the chamber for 16 rounds total. The law would have to be changed to 14 rounds max magazine capacity if the pistol were to be able to hold a max of 15rds (which is not the case). The law is about magazine capacity specifically.

You would be fine but for your peace of mind I suggest calling your local FFL and double checking with him as he will be the one transferring the gun to you (He will not do a transfer on a illegal gun)

Hi Hernan, You will be fine as the +1 means 1 in the chamber. It is considered 6 rounds though.
