P320 no. P320C yes. The P320 takes a #8 front and #8 rear sight. Not these #6 front and #8 set (the rear would fit but not the front).

No they do not fit the P320. Let me clarify the #6 and # 8 statement. These numbers refer to the height of the sights. The higher the number the higher the sights. Although the P320 compact comes with # 6 front and rear (lower profile than the #8's) you can mix and match them as needed according to the Sig web site. For example, a #6 front sight and # 8 rear. By changing the front or rear sight heights you the elevation impact can be adjusted up or down.
