In Colorado it is illegal to have high capacity magazines after a date in 2013. My question is can I have a rifle shipped form Bud's without the magazine, even though it says it is shipped with the 30 round magazine? I can buy magazines within the limits of the law here.

Unfortunately no. Bud's does not alter the packaging/contents in any way from the factory. You can find this in the state compliance under customer help. Hope that helps!
