You can, as long as the model has a Threaded barrel. As mentioned, most 1911's do no come stock with a threaded barrel so you'd need to acquire one.

Hello Cody. You can get suppressors for either caliber, however note that most m1911s do not come with threaded barrels. If it does not come with the threaded barrel you will have to add one aftermarket.
