I am a LEO in CA. Can i purchase a hellcat pro from buds and have it shipped to an FFL in CA. Am I required to submit proof of my LEO status to Buds prior to purchase?

Sir Luis,
As a California Law Enforcement Officer (LEO), you can purchase an off-roster Hellcat Pro from Buds Gun Shop and have it shipped to a CA FFL. Friendly fyi...did you know that a California-compliant version of the Hellcat Pro is now on the roster? If you intend to purchase a standard capacity model that is not CA-compliant, your LEO status is necessary to complete the transfer
