It should be, but I would ask Buds directly.
Florida's "Second Amendment" tax holiday on guns and ammunition applies to both in-store and online purchases, allowing consumers to buy these items tax-free during the specified period. If Bud's tries to tax your purchase, I would call Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Fri Stay safe & have a great day!
If you're doing an online order from Florida and you see the tax being implemented into your total. Then I would just stop right there and give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on your order.
Hi William and welcome. It should be automatically deducted from your order total. If it is not at final checkout, contact Buds Customer Service to have removed before finalizing your order at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 7pm Mon - Fri. Cheers and stay safe!
Yes it should be deducted, however if for some reason you should see tax applied to the order stop and contact customer service at 1-859-368-0371. They will assist you with the order. Happy shooting!
Hello again Sir William, Florida Department of Revenue TIP #25A01-09. YES, for Florida residents, Florida's Second Amendment Sales Tax Holiday will automatically exempt qualifying items like firearms, ammunition, and fishing supplies from sales tax when purchased from BudsGunShop from September 8th through December 31st, 2025. The sales tax holiday applies to eligible items bought for personal use, ensuring that these purchases are tax-free during the specified period. Hope the above info helps Sir William. Please take care and stay safe 🙏🏻
In a word, yes.
