Happy Saturday Steph, Yes, it is possible for Buds Gun Shop to sell a California-compliant version of the Orthos Arms S4. This would require the manufacturer or an FFL to make the legally required modifications before the firearm is shipped. Contact BudsGuns customer service and ask if they offer, or can procure, a California-compliant version of the Orthos S4 and see if their price range will beat other retailers price range for this California-compliant version of the Orthos.
