Hi Again Steph. Since Buds supposedly does not open new firearms packages, if the transfer is accepted, you would need to contact manufacturer or if it is also a Canik at Canik USA Customer Service at the following to ask about the scratched finish - canikusa.com/contact-us - This is the reason I always recommend a thorough inspection before completing 4473 paperwork. Hope this makes sense as this absolves Bud's from any defects, and the resolution lies with the manufacturer. Cheers and stay safe!
Always inspect before filling out the paperwork.
It can happen from any distributor, not just Buds. If you've already accepted the transfer then you'll need to contact Canik to resolve the issue. Sorry that happened but for Future reference, you should ALWAYS thoroughly inspect the firearm before Accepting.
Mr. Steph Sir, YES I had purchased a 12ga Rolling Thunder a looong time ago from here and received with a big scratch inside chamber. I was young and naive at time and didn't care about cosmetics. Functions fine with no issues so i kept it. Regarding issues with problematic firearms, some users have reported occasional concerns, but experiences vary widely. As for Buds customer service, reviews are mixed some customers have praised their responsiveness and helpfulness, while others have experienced delays or challenges. Hang in there Sir Steph we are all on the same page as you 🙏🏻
