If your current metric tool sets don't fit, it's possible that the sizes you own jump from 2mm to 3mm, skipping the correct size. Since the carry handle is attached to a Picatinny rail, the screws are either #6-48 or #8-40 thread sizes, which are the most common for mounting optics and hardware to Picatinny rails and receivers.
