Hi Timothy, I have scoured Wilson Combat's direct site and there is no mention of "Sights Included" even though all their pictures show sights installed. I would simply give then a holler at 1-870-545-3618 --- Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM CST and they should be able to verify whether or not they come standard. i would think that they do but they can give you an accurate answer.
