No, with the pistol brace on, it's not categorized as an SBR. Now, if you were to as a basic stock, then will it become an SBR.

Hi Richard, no tax stamp needed. This has a pistol brace and is classified as a pistol. You can purchase it just like any other handgun. If it has a stock, then it would be a SBR. Stay safe & have a great day!
