Good evening to you!! Firearm ship within 2-5 business days once payment clears. That's after 2-5 day processing. So possibly up to two weeks prior to receiving your firearm. Usually much shorter. You will receive emails explaining each step of the way. Without knowing when your order was processed it's hard to give any real help/advice. But, normal processing usually runs 3-5 Business days, weekends not included. Maybe give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out.
