when you look at it you will see the payment you made you have to add them up and subtract or just contact customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and ask.
Hi Robert, Please use the Blue chat now option on bottom right corner or you can go to "order status">>find the order>>click payment and it should show your balance there.

Just click - Order Status/Account - look down at Privious orders - Click the 'view order" red button - You will then see your balance total under "billing information".
