Not sure. There prices are competitive. I find their fishing section to be somewhat sparce at times.

Hi Brian and welcome. Prices have been fairly consistent up until February of this year. Customer Service has been slightly harder to get a hold of likely due to lower staffing. Even the multi-gun discount has disappeared. Hopefully, this is just a short phase. Cheers and stay safe!

Good evening to you!! Not really sure what your talking about. But prices follow supply and demand. Prices are cheaper or competitive with other gun stores. Customer service is low on staffing, they work the floor in the Lexington KY store, which is always swamped, also. The chat bot is designed to help with most issues and work well with most issues. Without knowing the context of your question, it's hard to give an opinion at all...I've had nothing but good experiences with Buds!!
