Will buds ship a gun with the high capacity magazines to my FFL if the FFL provides documentation that they will pin the magazines before releasing the gun to me?

Hi Kiron and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Buds does not ship non-compliant magazines, accessories or firearms for modification, even to FFL Dealers that will modify to compliance. This has long been Bud's policy unfortunately. They will ship the firearm without non-compliant magazines only if capacity is the only restriction. Cheers and stay safe!

Buds does not ship mags that are non-compliant. Even to an FFL that will/would modify as needed. Bud's has always stood by this policy.

Hi Kiron, unfortunately no. Bud's will not ship non-compliant magazines even if your FFL will pin them. 
Bud's will ship with no magazines and you would need to obtain your own state compliant mags.

100% NO. Bud's policy has always been to remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines.
