Hi Kyle, yes, but I would turn it back into a pistol. To sell a short-barreled rifle (SBR) that was originally a pistol, you can convert it back to a Title I firearm by removing the stock and notifying the ATF to take it off the NFA registry. This allows you to sell it as a regular firearm without the NFA restrictions, making the process simpler for both you and the buyer. (Buds) . When selling an SBR that was originally a pistol, you have two main options: Convert to Title I Firearm: You can remove the stock and any NFA components, then notify the ATF to change its status to a Title I firearm. This allows you to sell it without the NFA restrictions. . Sell as an SBR: If you choose to sell it as an SBR, the buyer must file a Form 4 application. This process can take several months. . budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=trades , . Stay safe & have a great day!
I'd sell it privately, you'll never anywhere near what you've paid. But, if you still wanna get a quote from Buds, just fill out the form at the link below. https://www.budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=trades
