I've tried three different browsers to select the best answer for my now deleted question. No box appeared that would allow me to do that.
Could it be my Cyber Security Suite that is preventing this? (Zone Alarm)

Hi Alan and welcome. Usually, you receive an email when your question is answered, and you are provided a link to click that takes you to the question forum to click and select the "Best Answer".
