Yes, the Fire Control Unit (FCU) from a SIG P365 .380 will fit into a P365-XMACRO conversion kit/grip module, as all P365 FCUs (including .380 and 9mm) are identical in footprint. The P365 .380 uses the same FCU and grip module system as the 9mm variants, allowing for full modularity, including the XMACRO frame. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
