I just received a new bank card so how do I put my bank card on my assistant account or do I have to create a whole new account with my new bank card?

Click on the lil person icon at the top right of the page. From there click change account info. But I'm not seeing anything about changing info/updating credit cards. If you mean the Team Buds club, then I'd imagine you can go into that portion and update your CC info.

I don't think Bud's keeps bank cards, credit/debit cards on file. You must type it in for each purchase. 
Not sure what you mean by assistant account.
