Hi Dayron, the picture is a Gen 1. That does not mean the listing is not for Gen 2. DD does not differentiate between the two, so there is really know way of knowing without seeing the exact gun. You can tell the picture is Gen 1 by the beavertail. since the part/model number is the same for both gens there is no way for us to know you will need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you. Good afternoon to you!! Since we are customer just like you, we have no way of knowing which generation Bud's has in stock. Please call customer service at 859-368-4019 or 859-368-0371. You can also use the blue chat box located in the right hand corner of your screen. I do know that the beaver tail shown in the picture is gen1 but it's unknown which is in stock at Bud's without talking to customer service. Hope this helps.
