Yes the Winchester SXP comes with a cylinder bore. The choke Barrel breecher and a standard choke cylinder bore are both "non-constricted" choke mechanisms. The latter is standard and the other has been beefed up for tactical applications. You can use both for slugs as they are both unconstricted. I would research it a bit before using either. The SXP comes equipped to fire slugs from the factory. The type of chokes will vary from model to model. Just make sure you do a bit of research before using it. Hope this helps.

Good evening to you!! The Winchester SXP Extreme Defender uses the invector choke system. The breecher barrel choke use a pronged choke which helps with breeching (stabilizing the shotgun against the door knob or hinges while performing breeching) the breeching choke is not the same as a cylinder choke it does have an open restriction. Yes, totally safe! The Winchester door breacher choke tube is a cylinder and/or open restriction.
