Depends on your budget and the woman.. Charter Arms makes some decent 38 snub noses.. Smith and Wesson 640 and other J Frames in 38. Taurus are also decent. The Charter arms models have some in pink too. I would consider the following: Is it for conceal carry or home defense? Is it for the range? If it's for conceal you may want something smaller.
