Please repost your question with a specific firearm and model so that we can better answer your question. Typically, you get at least 2 mags but, some like a Glock gen 5 will include 3. Then, there are ones that ONLY include one mag!!

Now days they usually only include one magazine with a pistol, unless there is a promotion going on then you might get an extra magazine. It just depends on what firearms you plan on purchasing. Some big name brands that law enforcement use usually include three magazines.
