Hi Eric, yes you can, but putting a stock on a pistol turns it into a short barrelled rifle, which requires registration with the ATF. It would need to be registered before you add the stock, otherwise you run afoul of the law. . Hi Eric and welcome. Not with a Magpul Adjustable Buttstock as it would become a "Short Barreled Rifle" SBR requiring NFA registration with $200 Tax Stamp to be legal. You could use an adjustable Brace with no registration/tax stamp required.
