Hi Stanley, in most states, you do not need a permit. In some states, like NJ, you will need a pistol permit. Look up your states handgun restrictions here https://www.budsgunshop.com/state_restrictions.php , Stay safe & have a great day!
That depends on the state which you live in if that state requires you to have a permit to purchase a firearm. You'll have the purchased firearm shipped to your local FFL (federal firearms licensed) dealer, a.k.a. local gun store, and pick it up from them.
Hi Stanley and welcome to the Buds community. Not in most states. The switch gun is shipped to a local FFL and you complete transfer paperwork and the FFL Dealer perform a NICS background check on the spot. A few states require a permit. Please look up your state here to determine whether or not your state requires a permit. https://www.budsgunshop.com/state_restrictions.php -------------- Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
