No because they tell you specifically on their website to inspect a Firearm thoroughly before going through with the transfer.

Seriously though, you must really not have inspected that firearm very well at the time before you initiated the transfer. How could you Not see Rust on the firearm? As far as them refunding the $30, that's pretty much on you man.

Hi Donald and welcome. Buds normally does not accept firearms back and refund after an FFL transfer is completed. I would consider that a win in and of itself. The FFL fee is strictly with your local FFL and the fact that you did not inspect the firearm thoroughly before transfer (which would have solved all your issues), I would take it as a learning experience.
