I know vertical foregrips are off the table but I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure if angled grips are ok, I've found contradicting answers on the web and would just like to know for certain.

There are no Wisconsin-specific restrictions against angled foregrips (or any other accessory for that matter) beyond federal rules. In Madison I have several.
