Always inspect the firearm before the paperwork is completed. If it is not what you expected refuse it and Buds will pick it up and refund your money. You will have to wait until Monday and call them, or Century to get the issue resolved. We are customers, like you, and have nothing to do with the business.
Hi Ajay and welcome to the community. If you did not complete the transfer, please refuse and contact Buds with the details. Buds will arrange for a return and give you the option of a replacement or refund. Buds contact hours are 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 7pm M - F. If the transfer was already accepted, since Buds does not open new firearms packages, you will need to contact Century Arms for resolution at 561-908-7993 or by online inquiry here: https://www.centuryarms.com/contact-us ------------- Cheers and stay safe!
Good evening to you!! We are customer just like you we don't work for Bud's gun shop in any capacity. The Century A4 12 ga shotgun should have had a cable lock, paper for warranty and a manual. Only one choke tube is included and it should have been installed. The box was more than likely opened by your FFL so that they could register it in their registry. I would check with them to see if they removed anything. If you are not satisfied with them call Bud's customer service at the following numbers: 859-368-0419 or 859-368-0371. Anytime you are not satisfied with the firearm, you can refuse transfer and Bud's will arrange a pickup and offer you a refund or credit for another firearm. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 'Merica' 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Worth a call to Bud's customer service @ either of these numbers: 859-368-0419 or 859-368-0371
Hi Ajay, Bud's does not open boxes before shipping. The gun only comes with one choke tube, which in installed. It does not come with any others, they must be purchased separately. It should come with a cable lock and owners manual, that is it. If you feel something is missing, contact Century Arms at 561-908-7993, email support@centuryarms.com, or via the web here >>> https://www.centuryarms.com/contact-us , Good luck, stay safe, & have a great day!
With This model, Reports indicate that it includes at least one choke, though it is designed with an interchangeable system for flexibility. So other than that, you should have had an owners manual & possibly a safety cable lock. We are just customers like yourself so you can give Buds customer service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out. But, if you accepted the transfer, YOU now own that firearm and there most likely won't be much done.

Same situation with me recently. The pistol came just sitting in an open box with no plastic or paperwork. I got it home, pulled the cylinder pin and was amazed at how rusty it was. The chat bot that buds make us use is 100% useless. Theres no emailing them. You have to call and go through the different levels of CSR's to get an an appropriate response. The 1st person always says no. My gun was actually shipped from Zanders not buds which was weird. Ill never buy at buds again.
