I'm buying the Canik and the magazine capacity is higher then my state allows, but my FFL dealer pins it to make it state legal so I dnt have to buy another magazine. Will buds still give me the higher capacity magazine?

Hi Maurice, unfortunately no. Bud's will not send the magazines unless they are state compliant, even if your FFL will pin them.

Unfortunately it's a Huge No. My FFL also pins non-compliant mags buuuuuut, it's been Buds policy to remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines.

Unfortunately, no, as Buds policy is to only ship state compliant firearms and accessories, even though local FFL Dealers may offer to modify to make compliant. Good afternoon to you!! Sorry but no, Bud's will not ship high capacity magazines to a state with capacity limits. Buds policy is to remove non compliant magazines prior to shipping. It will then be the customer responsibility to acquire compliant magazines. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day.

Bud's will ship the firearm without the OEM mags. You'll have to purchase "legal sized capacity" magazines on your own.

Sorry but no, Bud's will not ship high capacity magazines to a state that has a capacity limit. You will have to acquire magazines that meet capacity requirements for your state.
