Unfortunately, no. It is not on CA. handgun roster. If you type california approved in the seach window on bud's it should bring up CA approved handguns. http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/safeguns_resp.asp

Unfortunately only the 9mm and .40 versions of that gun are on the CA DOJ roster.
