Hi Tim, I have heard of problems with Dickinson shotguns, but not the one you are having.

Good luck, because I have read that their customer service/warranty work leaves a lot to be desired.

Hi Tim and welcome. Had a similar issue and it ended up being a kink in the magazine spring. You can disassemble the endcap, remove the spring and check for any double loop kinks.
