Hi Andre and welcome. Delays occasionally happen. With no record, delays are released within 72 hours if no particular reason comes back during the wait time. The only option is to ride out the 72 hours. Cheers and stay safe!

I wouldn't worry, in my commie state of NY, even Police Officers sometimes get delayed.

Unfortunately, you just need to wait the 72 hours for the results. It does happen frequently. 💯‼️
