Justin, when this happened to me, the rep I spoke with on the phone gave me her own Bud's email address, so my pictures went straight to her. Call Bud's customer service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. and ask what is the best email address to send the pictures to. Good luck, stay safe, and have a great day!
