Hi Michael and welcome. Yes, the firearm is considered used at that point. When a firearm returned through Buds Gun Shop's "Buy It & Try It" program is sent back, it is inspected for wear, tear, or damage. Once a firearm has been transferred to a buyer and fired, it is considered used and generally sold as such. It is not resold as "New," and the returned gun's price is often reduced based on its condition. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
