Best bet here is to give Buds customer service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help. I had an issue last week and they took care of it immediately.

Hi Austin and welcome. Please try logging off Bud's, clearing your browser cache, log back in and retrying the card payment. You can also try logging into Bud's and trying in a different browser. Cheers and stay safe!
