Hi Christopher and welcome. No, this is not the dedicated DBM model but the hinged floorplate box model. The magazine system is sort of a hybrid between a traditional hinged floorplate and a detachable box. The magazine is attached to the floorplate, and when the release is actuated, it swivels downward for loading. The box can be removed from the hinged assembly by pulling it directly away from the floorplate.
