Hi Christopher and welcome. No, this is not the dedicated DBM model but the hinged floorplate box model. The magazine system is sort of a hybrid between a traditional hinged floorplate and a detachable box. The magazine is attached to the floorplate, and when the release is actuated, it swivels downward for loading. The box can be removed from the hinged assembly by pulling it directly away from the floorplate. Details under "Feeding System" here: https://www.rifleshootermag.com/editorial/browning-bar-mk3-rifle-review/530547 ------------ Cheers and stay safe!
No, this is not the DBM variant. The Browning BAR MK3 DBM (Detachable Box Magazine) model comes specifically equipped from the factory to accept a 10-round magazine. While the standard Browning BAR hunting rifles use a hinged floorplate, the DBM variant has an alloy magazine well designed to drop-free and feed from a 10-round steel box magazine
Good evening to you!! Sorry but no. This is not the DBM model which does accept the higher capacity magazines. This is the hinged floor model which has a detachable box. This model has a magazine attached to the floor plate. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your day. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 'Merica' 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Unfortunately, no.
