Hi Leroy and welcome. Not enough to matter. I have several model pistols both threaded and non-threaded and the only way to see the miniscule difference in accuracy is shooting through a secure shooting vise. Threaded barrels are lighter and the lighter front end of the barrel has slightly different barrel harmonics (barrel whip) for the exiting bullet.
