Hi Robert, unfortunately no. Even if your FFL will pin the mags to 10rds, Bud's will not ship. Sorry but this is Bud's policy.
Hi Robert and welcome. Bud's has a policy of only shipping compliant firearms and accessories even if the receiving FFL is willing to modify said firearms and accessories such as magazines. Unfortunately, 100% No. Bud's policy is to remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines. Even, if your FFL will make the 15 rounders compliant by way of pinning.
No. Bud's has a standing policy to remove all non-compliant mags. Therefore, forcing the buyer to purchase state compliant mags.
sorry the mags have to comply as they are shipped for buds to send them
