Hi Ariel, this is not WA state compliant even with a 10rd magazine, due to the threaded barrel and flash hider. A WA state compliant model is here https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/61812/ruger+mini-thirty+7.62x39+semi-automatic+rifle , or here https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/14304/ruger+mini-thirty+7.62x39+semi+auto+rifle , Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Ariel and welcome. Unfortunately, no. The detachable magazine and threaded barrel, flash suppressor etc are restricted. Details under "Assault Weapons" - IV here: https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf
This unfortunately is a big No for WA. The Detachable magazine & Flash hider are restricted.
Unfortunately this firearm is not WA state legal. The detachable box magazine and threaded barrel makes this an evil firearm.
No, but feel free to visit here:!https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf
