Why do some FN 509 Midsize Tactical being sold on Bud's have different magazine capacity? Is it because some of them are CA compliant pistols? Saw some with five 10 round mags, some of them come with the OEM one 15 round mags and four 24 round mag and some do not list any mag capacity count.

Hi Derick, there are different capacities for different states capacity restrictions. 
Any capacity magazine will work in all guns.
